Anti-Spam Policy

This policy outlines the terms of acceptable use regarding the chaddperry.com domain and its assets. chaddperry.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding its use in unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or "spam".
Policy Prohibitions:
- Linking to, referencing, or redirecting to the chaddperry.com domain or any of its subdomains within the body or headers of any unsolicited email message is strictly prohibited.
- The chaddperry.com domain may not be used as a contact or reply-to address for any unsolicited marketing campaigns.
This policy applies to Chad Perry directly, as well as any future employees, contractors, or third parties. The chaddperry.com domain is intended solely for direct business correspondence and as a destination for inbound, organic, and direct web traffic.
Consent and Mailing List Policy:
While chaddperry.com is not used for bulk commercial email, should any mailing list be created in the future, all subscriptions will be subject to a strict Confirmed Opt-In (COI) policy.
Confirmed Opt-In means that a subscriber must explicitly confirm their desire to receive communications. This process is as follows:
- A user subscribes to a list by providing their email address.
- A confirmation email is sent to that address containing a unique verification link.
- The user must click this verification link to be added to the mailing list.
- If the confirmation link is not clicked, the email address will not be added, and no further communication will be sent.
Reporting Violations:
To report a suspected violation of this policy, please forward the message with full headers to: abuse@chaddperry.com. All reports will be investigated promptly.
